Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NOVA AI collects when you use it, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Your Google account: its permanent ID and verified email address, to keep your plan and credits. Not your password or any other Google data.
What you make: your ideas (the words you write), the pictures and videos made for you, and the settings you chose. Pictures and videos are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically; you can delete one sooner.
Photos and videos you upload: a photo you upload to change, or to start a video from, is sent to our AI provider to make the result. A video you upload to convert or to read is kept only as long as needed to make the result (a video read for "Scenes from a video" is kept up to 2 days, so its sound can be put on the remake), then deleted.
Payments: processed by our payment provider. We never receive your full card or bank details; we keep the payment ID, the amount and its status to attach the plan to your account.
Notifications: if you turn on "Notify me", your browser gives us a notification address for that browser.
Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information such as IP address to route requests and protect against abuse. We do not use it for advertising.

2. Who processes it

To make pictures and videos we send your idea, and any photo or video you upload for it, to our AI providers (Google, and fal.ai for some video engines), which process it under their own terms. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Safety checks

Before a video of yours is changed, an automated check looks for children, sexual content and famous people, to keep NOVA AI safe. The check does not identify you.

4. Your choices

Delete any picture or video at any time.
"Delete my data" (email us if you cannot find it) deletes all your pictures and videos. Your paid plan and credits stay, because they were paid for.
Sign out everywhere from your account menu.

5. Children

NOVA AI is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
