Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NOVA AI, the website and app that makes pictures and videos with AI (the "Service"). By using NOVA AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What NOVA AI is

NOVA AI makes pictures and videos with AI: a picture from your words (Create Image), a changed version of your own photo, a video from words or from a photo, stories of several scenes, a new video made from a video you upload (Scenes from a video), and a new look for your own video (Convert). Videos come with sound.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use NOVA AI.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. Your Google account is how your plan and credits are kept for you, so they follow you to any device.

4. Plans, credits and payment

NOVA AI has three plans: NOVA AI, NOVA AI Pro and NOVA AI Max. Each is a pass paid once, for 30 days or for 12 months, that gives a number of credits. A pass does not renew by itself and there is nothing to cancel; buying again adds credits and time. Extra credits can be bought while a plan is running. There is no free plan.
Standard video (720p) uses 2 credits a second, Pro (1080p) 3 and Cinema (4K) 8. A picture uses the credits shown before you make it (usually 1). Converting or remaking a video of up to 1 minute is paid by its seconds. The price is always shown before you make anything.
Credits are used when you start a picture or a video and are given back automatically if it fails or is blocked. Unused credits stay while a plan is running and end when it ends.
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency of your payment method. Payments are processed by our payment provider; NOVA AI never receives or stores your card details. Access is delivered instantly online: as soon as a payment is confirmed, the plan is attached to your signed-in account.
Discount codes may take a percentage off a one-time payment; they cannot be combined, can be used once per person and have no cash value. The price you will pay is always shown before you pay.

5. Refunds

NOVA AI is a digital service that you can use straight away, so payments are generally not refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused credits or time. We will refund the affected charge if you were charged twice or by mistake, or if the paid features were unavailable to you for a long time because of us. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge at deltaaibnb@gmail.com, from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (usually 5 to 10 business days). Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.

6. What you may not make

Sexual or nude content of anyone, or anything sexual involving adults or children.
Anything showing children in an unsafe, romantic or sexual way.
Pictures or videos of real, identifiable people (by name, or from their photo or video) without their permission, including famous people, film stars and politicians, and fakes made to deceive (fake news, fake evidence, impersonation).
Violent gore, self-harm, hate, or anything illegal, or anything that breaks the usage rules of the AI providers we use.

Only upload photos and videos you made or have the right to use, and only with the agreement of the people in them. NOVA AI refuses requests for real, named people and unsafe content and checks uploads before changing them; a blocked request gives its credits back. Videos from the video engine may carry an invisible digital watermark that marks them as AI-made. You are responsible for how you use and share what you make. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. The gallery

You can choose to share a finished video to the public gallery. Share only videos you have the right to share, with no real, named person, no one who has not agreed, and nothing private. You can remove it at any time; we may remove any video from the gallery.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent the law allows, of what NOVA AI makes for you. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service. Finished videos and pictures are kept for 30 days, so please download the ones you want to keep.

9. AI-made content

AI can make mistakes and results may not match your idea exactly. Review what you make before you use or share it.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep NOVA AI available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits and prices may change; we will update the "Last updated" date when these Terms change.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, NOVA AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
