Credits that do not work out come back automatically

If a video cannot be made, is blocked by a safety check, or fails for any reason, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically, straight away.

Purchases

Credits are a digital product delivered instantly, so purchases are generally not refundable once the credits are in your account. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

We will refund you in full if:

you were charged twice for the same order, or charged by mistake;
you paid but the credits were not added to your account and we cannot add them;
you have not used any of the credits from that purchase and ask within 7 days of paying.

How to ask

Email deltaaibnb@gmail.com from the email address on your NOVA AI account with the date, amount and payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days (depending on your bank).

Delivery

Credits are delivered instantly to your account after payment, and videos are delivered online in My Videos. Nothing is shipped.
